Golden Clustered Club, also known as Spindle-Shaped Coral, grows in closely grouped clusters, with heights ranging from 5-15 cm and widths of 1.5 cm. They grow in a thin, yellow, cylindrical form with no branches, almost resembling coral. The Golden Clustered Club’s habitat consists of hardwood or conifer forests, though they sometimes are found in grassy areas. The spore base is white and the fruit bodies are hollow. They are prevalent in Summer and Fall.
